Where has this been all my life?!! I never knew I needed this until I got this product.It is nothing short of amazing. I say this because I work at home sitting the majority of my day, yes, I do have a standing desk but I find myself sitting down instead. I work off of 2 computers and 2 additional screens. So I have to have 4 screens app at all times. This vibration plate is a lifesaver about every hour I get up and do about 10 minutes on it.
